We welcome all laboratories that conduct ORAC testing to register within this module. We also encourage Laboratories that conduct additional testing beyond ORAC to list their services as certain companies may wish to contract you for additional services. Simply fill out the form below and submit your information for review to our admin staff. Once your information has been reviewed you will receive a confirmation email that will include your username and password so you can login and update any information you need to in the future. There is a $300 fee that helps support our administration expenses. This entitles you to a one year listing regardless of how many updates you need to make throughout the year.
